water regulator

Our water pressure is sitting above 140psi, we need to get that down between 50 – 80 to avoid damage to our water cylinder / valves etc.

we were quoted $350 to add a pressure regulator, but we ought to be able to do it for around $100 as we have the tools in preparation for the garage compressed air fit out.

Initial heating with mapp gas and oxygen proved to be WAY to hot, burning the flux resulting in carbon grime buildup where the solder was needed. A regular propane torch did the job nicely.
